Gift Crate Return Policy
All gift crate sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our food items and the custom curation of each crate, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your gift crate arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly make it right.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Delayed deliveries caused by the carrier
- Unclaimed or refused packages
